A. It can meet the requirements of various treatment specifications of mold surface, from general sun-drying pattern, special pattern of radium carving, water drop pattern, ripple pattern and other special design patterns, to various levels of polishing, mirror treatment, optical mirror treatment, glare mirror surface and electroforming mirror.
B. High speed precision cutting (30000rpm) enables near-mechanical polishing, with geometric distortion of precision and finish.
C. Precision mirror discharge, in accordance with various complex geometric requirements, the electrode manufactured can derive the characteristics of high precision, reaching the surface treatment of mirror and various patterns, and meeting the requirements of appearance design and precision size.
D. High precision wire cutting process can achieve seamless splicing through high precision wire cutting, which solves a lot of tedious and time-consuming Angle cleaning work.
